These are pictures from December 20th, 2012 right after a big snow storm that pushed through! School was closed, people were stuck at home and snow plows were out all over.
Daddy got up early to clean the driveway and the girl's decided they would like to join him and help...meaning, play in the snow!! I was cool with that too so we got all bundled up to enjoy some time outdoors in the white stuff.
Once Daddy was finished snow blowing, we all hopped in the truck to go for a wintery ride. First we stopped to grab some hot chocolate then it was fun on the roads with Daddy's precision driving techniques. He took us all for a fun and exciting ride on the freshly snow covered roads. We saw many cars in the ditch along the interstate and laughed as we fish-tailed down deserted back streets!
It was a day spent putting puzzles together, watching movies, and veggin inside with movies!
Everyone needs at least ONE snow day a year! I love blizzards at least once a winter.
Aubri is really good at making the pieces fit and completing puzzles! I completed the outside for her then worked diligently to finish the rest!
