Grandma Joanie's Birthday!

Trace & I really wanted to help make Grandma Joan's Birthday "special" this year.  We decided to dedicate an entire day of celebrating it with her versus just a meal.  Trace planned the day of activities and we all joined in the fun.

Grandma came to our house first so that we could all just go together.  The kids & I decorated the living room the night before so they could surprise her when she walked through the doors.  They did!  She was surprised!  It was adorable.

The pictures aren't the best quality, but you get the idea!

 She is so loved!

Then we left and headed to this place:

and did just that!!

 Beautiful!
This was so much fun, a very neat experience!

Once we finished blowing glass, we had reservations for lunch at Cooper's on Fifth in Valley Junction.  It was a quaint, quiet little place where we enjoyed delectable salads (since we were doing strict Paleo during this, we were limited).  It was relaxing and delicious.  The weather outside was super duper cold and windy so it was great just to be able to warm up and rest inside for a bit.

Following lunch, we walked through all of the shops in Valley Junction then stopped for afternoon coffee!

Trace bought her a block sign that says, "I Love My Mom"!

Happy Birthday Momma Joan!  I love you so much and am so blessed to have you as MY
Mother-in-Law!!  She is so good to me; spoils me rotten, loves me unconditionally!
Hope you had a wonderful Birthday, you DESERVE it!
WE LOVE YOU!

Just a few miscellaneous pictures of the kiddos having fun with the balloons!
