He wanted a little gathering this year! What? People to know it's his day and celebrate with him? Yup! That's right. He shared with me what sounded good to him and I did the work to get the people there. I was happy to do it and glad that's what he decided for this year. Most of the time he doesn't want to make a big deal out of it...we usually just celebrate together with he & Trevor and it's pretty low key with the emphasis being on Trevor boy.
Nothing crazy, but it was so relaxing and fun to get together with some good friends to wine & dine!
He wanted to go to a favorite restaurant of ours...Django. It's a fancy little french joint and you can bring in your own wine with NO corkage fee EVER! Bonus!!
The conversations were delightful, the food was delicious, and the entire evening was perfect!
