Weekend of Love!

Man...what a fun weekend! We were blessed again by Trevor's presence for the weekend and it was fun-filled. He brings so much joy to our lives, we are so thankful we are a part of his life. We always have fun times with him every other weekend when he's with us, but everything was just so perfect this weekend, like it usually is, but...this one was just super great. Trevor and Aubriana get along so well, play together so nicely, and love on one another constantly. It is so sweet to witness and just melts my heart to see the love that's shown between the two of them, even at such young ages. Trevor calls Aubri his little sister, who is so pretty, he says!

This weekend we went shopping for gifts to fill a shoe box for Operation Christmas Child. I explained to Trevor that we were going to fill this box with a variety of fun things, toys, candy, etc. to be sent for a little boy like him in a different country who doesn't have money to buy things like we do. We went to Target and he helped pick out everything. He kept telling me that he was buying presents for a little boy for Christmas. We did this last year too, but he was too young to really understand. I think this is a great program and I love being a part of it, especially with Trevor and being able to teach him to give with a loving heart and share the love and message of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
He is excited to send it off!
