I am way behind in posting this, but better late than never. This house really has everything we need and/or want in a house. We had no complaints about anything. There were already updates and potential for more to give us even more space than we already have...Except for 1 thing!
Our biggest want and need immediately was access from the house to the backyard. We knew this was something we wanted to complete as soon as we could. There was a large window in our eat-in that would be the perfect spot to put that door AND deck.
Trace wasted no time getting started on it as soon as summer hit. He lined up lots of friends to help along with his dad and they knocked in out in about a week. The HOTTEST week none the less.
A couple of weeks following the door arrived and he and his dad completed that in a matter of days as well.
It's done! It's beautiful! It's perfect! We love it.
Best of all, I gained access to the backyard with a deck and didn't lose my eat-in!
