Fun with Family & Friends

Saturday, we enjoyed the day with Grandma & Grandpa Kendig. They came over so Sam could fix my garage door opener. He got it fixed the other day, then after working for a whole day, it had another issue so he was kind enough to come back again and take care of it. It's working great now and it's so exciting. It's like getting a new opener after years and years of having to park outside. It's been a LONG winter so not having one stunk. I now realize how spoiled I've been having the opportunity to park in a garage. I am so grateful it's fixed again and that I have a father-in-law who is very smart and handy.

Aubri absolutely loves the weekends Trevor comes to visit. They have so much fun together and are so loving. Never a dull moment.

Saturday late afternoon we got together with some friends of ours that we haven't done anything with for awhile and it was long overdue. We had an "Appetizer Party" and had enough food for a block party. We had a little bit of everything and didn't even make it to getting everything out. So...we're having a bit of a continuation tonight to have Orange Julius and a homemade cheeseball with crackers!

Anyway, we had a great time; it was really nice to reconnect again and catch up. The kids also had tons of fun playing together. We always like being able to get together with friends so Trevor can play with other kids. He has a good time with his friends.

Aubri could live on crackers and cheese alone! I think she munched the entire time we were there...lovin every minute!

Quite the team. This picture was taken right after dessert as you can tell by Andre's face! Yummy scotcharoos. He savored every bite!

Aubriana is really starting to open up to others and tonight was Amanda's turn!! This picture shows Aubri playing Peek-A-Boo with her. This morning at church she also let Phillippe hold her for quite a while! Total improvement from even a month ago.

Yea Aubriana, this makes me happy.
