Iowa State Fair

Today was "Bring your children to Work with you"...and "work" was at the Iowa State Fair! It was a perfect day to be at the fair. We all met at 10:00 this morning and spent the entire day there all together. It was so much fun, we had an awesome time! There was lots of food, walking, animals, attractions, and more.

It was wonderful spending a day like this with my co-workers and their children. It was refreshing to be away from the office and the chaos of our typical day at work. I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with everyone today...and Aubri did too.

This lovely cow was in labor, trying to birth a calf. She had quite an audience, even TV camera's on her; poor thing, I felt bad that she didn't have an ounce of privacy.
