Ahh...Sick Again

Well...my post the other day talked about how Aubri had had a fever and wasn't acting herself, but that she was feeling better. Not so! With this lovely weather, I was able to stay home again today and work. Thank goodness because my little baby girl is still not up to par. She woke up this morning and immediately began the whole crying business. She clung to me all morning, fussed and cried, and even at one point crawled upstairs, grabbed her blanket out of her crib and laid down on her floor to fall asleep. So sweet. Needless to say, towards the end of the day, I knew we had to get her to the doctor once again. Trace finished with training early, ran an errand, and drove fearlessly home in the storm to get us and drive us to the doctor. We managed to get the last appointment of the day. Found out that she has a virus and another ear infection. Poor baby doll. We went to the Pharmacy in Adel to pick up her prescription and it was closed...with a note on the window. We called Toni at home and she delivered the medicine to our home, thank you, Toni! Aubri is already off to bed and hopefully she'll sleep well, the medicine will take over, and she'll be feeling much better very soon. Poor little dolly, tubes may be in our near future!
